SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All packages are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days from St. Paul, MN. Transit times vary from 1-3 business days.  We offer a flat rate of $8 or free shipping for orders over $85.   We do not offer express or overnight shipping so please plan ahead when ordering for a special occasion or gift. We do not ship outside of the US.  

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final with the exception of products damaged during transit or if the incorrect item is shipped to you.  Returns of unused products can be accepted within 7 days of receipt of purchase.  All products must be returned in sellable condition and shipped to our workshop at your expense.  To process a return, please send an email to sensoriuscandles@gmail.com with the following information:

• Order number

• Your Name and address

• Description of damaged product(s)

• Picture of the damaged product(s)

Upon receipt of your email we will provide further instructions to complete your return or replacement as quickly as possible.
